Ramanujan (Ramcons), Mr. Venkatesh, a graduate of CPT, Chennai, founded Laavanyaa Foundations to redefine affordable luxury in South Chennai. A B.E. Mechanical graduate from Panimalar Engineering College with a background in the Sanmar Group, Karthik Raja joined the family legacy in 2020. Having trained from the ground up as a Site Engineer, he now manages day-to-day operations and labor teams with a passion for precision engineering and modern technology practices.
